Emergency roadside assistance is provided 24/7/365 by our trained RV associates. Our vast network of service providers offers a wide range of services to get your rental RV back on the road. This can be purchased for Travel Trailers or Motor Coach for $15. Must be purchased >48hrs of departure:

 All of our Travel Trailers require a $750 Security Deposit.
The deposit is 100% refundable at the end of the rental as long as the unit comes back in the same condition it left in, there is no damage and no additional mileage.
All of our Motor Coaches require a $1000 Security Deposit.

Travel Trailers: require a minimum 2 night reservation
Memorial Day and Labor Day require a minimum 3 night reservation
Motor Coach: requires a minimum 3 night reservation

Pick up: Very flexible – after 9am and no later than 4pm (Scheduled Appointments)
Return: Very flexible – after 9am and no later than 3pm(Scheduled Appointments)

Deliver: Very flexible – after 9am and no later than 5pm(Scheduled Appointments)

Travel Trailers: No mileage charge
Motor Coach: 125free miles/day. .45 cents per mile for each addition mile.
Ex. 7 nights = 8 days. 8 x 125 = 1000 miles included free
We offer a prepay plan to pay for mileage overage if you think you will run over:
 Purchase 1000 miles for $400

We do rent for special circumstances that may involve long term rentals. If your home has suffered damage from weather or fire and you are needing a place to stay, we will work with your insurance to provide a temporary home while your home is under construction.

Our 33’ Travel Trail GTW is 7815lbs. Tongue weight is 815lbs minimum of ½ ton pickup towable
Our 36’ Travel Trail GTW is 9656lbs. Tongue weight is 910lbs minimum of ¾ ton pickup towable
We provide a Receiver Hitch for all towable vehicles free of charge
A 7-way, round plug with wired battery charge line is required on all towing vehicles
Electronic Brake Controller is require when towing any of our travel trailers. We do check that the brakes work prior your departure.
We can provide a brake controller if you do not have one. This is available to rent for $35.

Our Commercial Policy covers Comprehensive, Collision and Conversion on all Trailers and Motor Coachs. Our insurance has a $1000 deductible. The insurance only covers damages and repairs on the exterior of the RV unit. The Security Deposit will be used towards the deductible. The renter will be responsible for the difference to cover any remaining amount until the deductible is met.

We have plenty of parking available at our location for overnight parking. This is in a gated, secured area.
