Adventure RV Rentals at Lake of the Ozarks is now offering an RV Rental Management Program that will allow you to make money when you aren’t using your RV but still allow you to use your RV when your ready. Last year proved to be a very successful year for RV Rentals. We are looking to increase our RV inventory due to customer demand. We take care of the Insurance, Marketing, Renting, Cleaning, Delivering and Minor Maintenance. If you own a Travel Trailer that is a 2017 or newer, we are interested in discussing how this program could work for you.
The process to being successful in renting out your RV can be very time consuming. You must be able to navigate through insurance options, marketing, messaging customers, cleaning/laundering, stocking/prepping, checking the unit in and out, keeping track of inventory, delivery and pickup. This is a very short list of the responsibilities of a successful RV Rental Manager. This adds up to many hours that can extend into all hours of the day and night.
Damages
Everybody states “I don’t want my RV damaged or trashed”. Most all damages are covered by the Security Deposit and our insurance that we provide. We take care of addressing the repairs as soon as possible so the unit is not laid up for an extended period of time. We had over 50 rentals last year and our RV’s look exactly like they did when we bought them. They are all all still in excellent condition. Don’t let me miss lead you, we did have some minor issues that were easily resolved.
Upkeep
We hold a very high standard to our Rental Fleet when it comes to cleaning and maintenance. We take photos of before and after the unit goes out on rental every time. We have a very stringent cleaning routine that we follow on all returns. All laundry is done. Every surface is wiped down including the fridge, stove and microwave. Silverware and cookware are all machined wash and sanitized. We conduct a complete inventory ever time. We address any minor repairs before they become major issues.
We understand that normal wear and tear is expected on any RV unit. We are dedicated to maintaining the owner's RV in excellent condition.
We will maintain your RV, collect all fees and deposits, and send you an itemized statement each month with your rental income check. Treat your RV ownership as a business and you will be able to deduct insurance premiums, maintenance costs and upgrades as business expenses.
